Charitable Recycling Australia’s $50,000 Volunteer Drive launches this month.
The campaign’s objectives are:
- Support the sector to rebuild volunteer numbers
- Generate awareness of contemporary opportunities of volunteering
- Pave the way to support the efficacy of members’ own volunteer campaigns
- Engage new, younger demographics to attract them into the sector
- Articulate what best practice volunteering now looks like
Targeting a younger contemporary demographic, the drive is based on insights into understanding motivations, and unlocking potential in six different functional motives, as well as building in Virtual Volunteering:
- Values factor
- Career factor
- Understanding factor
- Enhancement factor
- Social factor
- Protective factor
The Volunteer Drive will run on Instagram, Facebook and Google Ads, with the volunteer leads generated delivered direct to member enterprises.
