We Aussies are naturally generous people and selflessly
donate a great deal of money, time and items to good causes.
But not everything we donate to charity shops and leave in
charity hubs is good enough quality to find a new home.

HUBS

You can donate items in-store or at op shops during opening hours. Remember to phone ahead to make sure someone is there to receive your donation and help you carry any heavy items.
If you can’t make it to a store during opening hours, you can use a donation hub if your items will fit. If not, please don’t leave donations on the ground outside the store. Consider coming back when the store is open, we’d love to see you.
